Overview

This policy covers yashar.one and every personal project hosted on its subdomains — including toolkit.yashar.one — all operated by Yashar Heidarnezhad. I respect your privacy and am committed to transparency about what these services do and do not collect.

Information I Collect

The main portfolio site (yashar.one) does not collect any personally identifiable information directly:

• —No sign-up forms, contact forms, or login systems exist on this page.
• —No cookies are set by this site directly.
• —No analytics or tracking scripts are embedded on this page.

The project subdomains host publicly accessible tools (see section below). Some of them can optionally involve Google account authorization, which is described separately.

The Projects — Tools & Experiments

Each project on a yashar.one subdomain — such as toolkit.yashar.one — provides publicly accessible tools, offered as-is for personal and productivity use. Their processing happens in your browser, and what you enter into them is not uploaded to or stored on any server I operate.

Some projects can optionally integrate with Google services, which requires you to authorize a shared Google OAuth application. Not every project uses every scope — a project requests only what the feature you are using needs. When you grant authorization, a project may access the following Google API scopes:

• —Google Sheets — read and write spreadsheet data
• —Google Docs — read and write document content
• —Gmail — read, send, or manage email messages and threads
• —Google Calendar — read and manage calendar events
• —Google Chat — send messages and interact with Workspace spaces

Access to these APIs is used solely to perform the actions you explicitly trigger. No data accessed through Google APIs is stored, shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond completing the requested operation in your session. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions.

These projects' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Third-Party Services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may collect data such as your IP address and browser information as part of serving these fonts. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

External links on this site (LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, Toolkit) lead to third-party services with their own privacy policies. I am not responsible for their data practices.

Hosting & Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS may log standard server access data (IP addresses, request timestamps, etc.) as part of normal infrastructure operation. Refer to the AWS Privacy Notice for details.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
